Examples of regular delivery: Vilafranca, Gelida, Igualada, Sitges, Vilanova, Cunit, Calafell, Martorell, Terrassa, Sabadell, Granollers, Mataró, Manresa, Valls, Reus and Tarragona city. How much does it cost to rent chairs and tables for an event?

Our prices start from €2.50 per chair per day and €12 per table per day. Transport (delivery and pickup) is added based on distance; the calculator shows your full total instantly.

When do you deliver and pick up the furniture?

Accepted Answer

We deliver the furniture the day before your event so you have plenty of time to set everything up. Pickup is the day after the event. This way you can enjoy your celebration without rushing.

What does the transport service include?

Accepted Answer

The service includes transport for delivery and pickup of the furniture to your event location. It does not include setup or takedown; we deliver the tables and chairs to the designated access point.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (spring and summer). For large events, ideally contact us a month ahead.

Yes. We serve Barcelona city, the metropolitan area and the whole province (Penedès, Anoia, Garraf, Baix Llobregat, Vallès, Bages, Maresme). We offer folding tables and chairs for ceremonies and banquets. From €2.50/chair and €12/table per day; delivery depends on distance and shows instantly in our calculator.

Rental is priced per unit and day (chairs from €2.50/day, tables from €12/day). Transport is a separate charge based on kilometres from our base; enter the address or postcode in the calculator to see the full total including delivery and pickup—no surprises.

Accepted Answer

Yes. We supply furniture for company dinners, meetings with catering, presentations and institutional events. The same folding tables and chairs work for formal or informal formats—we advise on quantities and timings via WhatsApp.

Do you serve communions, baptisms or private parties that are not weddings?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Communions, baptisms, birthdays, vermouth parties and home or venue celebrations are very common. Share date, location and approximate guest count and we’ll prepare a quote with delivery and pickup.

Do you deliver to small towns near Vilafranca, Igualada or Valls?

Accepted Answer

Yes, as long as the distance from our base is within our service radius (up to 150 km on the route). Towns in Penedès, Anoia, Camp de Tarragona and nearby areas are usually covered. Use the calculator with your postcode or message us the exact municipality and we’ll confirm right away.

Do you rent tableware, cutlery, glassware or table linens?

Accepted Answer

Yes. It includes white 25 cm and dessert plates, stainless steel cutlery (knife, fork, spoon and teaspoon), glassware (cava, white wine 30 cl, red wine 44 cl and water glass) and white 250×140 cm tablecloths. Enter guests in the tableware section to request a WhatsApp quote, or also add it in the calculator with furniture.

How much does delivery and pickup transport cost?

Accepted Answer

Transport (delivery and pickup) is calculated by distance from our base in Penedès–Anoia: up to 15 km, €35; 15–30 km, €40; 30–60 km, €40 + €0.90 per extra km; 60–150 km, €64 + €0.80 per extra km. Over 150 km, contact us. The exact price appears in the calculator when you enter an address or postcode. Tableware can be delivered together with the furniture.
